Bought some hot & spicy mutton patties from a halaal butcher and making our own hamburgers tonight ... maybe with some Anat chips :)
 
I had a snack of Conachos and egg mayo then I had a egg mayo sandwich and a marmite one.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? We'll probably still have some left over come Sunday evening. And yes, I'm probably bigger than you. :D

On a related note... blerrie hell, us & the rest of the greater Jo'burg population. I phoned in my order & still had to sit waiting for 45 minutes. Lot of Romans getting scoffed tonight!
 
1 Large onion finely chopped, chicken thighs fried on top of onions, Spice chicken to taste, peeled tomatoes fills pot, 2 chicken stock cubes, let it boil down, season with masala and curry powder. Add cocnut cream right at the end and simmer.

Boil water and pour over cous-cous. Add stock cube to flavour cous-cous.

Serve cous-cous as base with tomato chicken stew on it.
 
Mmm. Had woolworths chicken.chips and coleslaw from pick n pay.
