Alton Brown-style pork ribs. Put on a dry rub and refrigerated for an hour in foil. Then made some braising liquid with wine, white wine vinegar, garlic, soya sauce and honey. Almost done in the oven, then will use the braising liquid to make a glaze to quickly grill the top of the ribs then use the same liquid for sauce. Can't wait.

That sounds awesome!

That sounds awesome!

It was :D Only problem was that the dry rub calls for light brown sugar and I used the dark stuff. Sauce/glaze came out a bit thicker than expected, but just as delicious I'm sure..

Tomorrow's supper will be just as awesome. Zuni chicken. Chicken has been pre-salted and seasoned since yesterday.
