Just came back from an afternoon and evening at the beach. We braaied Boerewors and freshly caught "Harders" (on the beach) on some hotdog buns. We drank a lot and talked a lot of crap. The perfect way for all of our (male) staff to unwind after a long exam period.

Steers tonight; their chicken burgers are always yum.

Last night rib burgers. With all the bottom ingredients.

Tonight, same except humble fried egg instead of rib meat as patty.

Yet, it was epic. Bun, real butter, sliced tomatoes, gherkins and cocktail onions on top of the eggs and cheese.

Why don't I make this every night. It's cheap and damn delicious.

EDIT: I'd like to see DJ... improve on this recipe!!!
