Twice pulled? No, I think you mean twice-cooked, Nicci. I dunno why anyone would want to pull it more than once, nor why it would be necessary. If that's how they're marketing it, then please let them know, on my behalf, that I reckon they're the scum of the marketing earth...

Hmmm ok. I thought it was twice pulled. I don't even know what pulled means lol but I know it was super tender and quite delicious :)

The pulled part is just pulling it off the bone, or pulling it into smaller pieces without shredding it. That's all...

AAAH!!! ok, now that makes sense!! Maybe they pulled it off the bone, and then pulled it again into shreds? Or not possible? Maybe it is twice cooked or something like you have said.

If you pull it more than once then you are playing with it :p

BTW, anywhere outside of a fine-dining environment, assume that twice-cooked means 'reheated yesterday's leftovers". Well in SA at least...
