I use most of the ones in your toolbox, but I add in the following for build / release procedures:

Xenocode PostBuild
Redgate SQL Compare
Custom release .cmd file :D

Thanks, Nice list. Never use any before.
Tried a few and they really seem useful for me to speed work load.

Thanks.

I'll add to the list:

WinSCP
Total Commander
google desktop is also nice if you have plugins set up to search code
clipdiary - very useful, enables multiple clipboard entries
SoapUI

Isn't the tools available in Chrome pretty much the same as the Page Speed plugin for Firefox?

Page Speed is good, much like YSlow but different options.

I have a ton of FF plugins for web dev, as well as a few Air apps for graphics, fonts, etc. I'll have to compile the list sometime - it's mostly in my Delicious bookmarks though. I use Inkscape for graphics, GIMP where I need raster graphics edited. CSS is done by hand, so gimme an editor and I'm good to go. I'm currently between editors - Screem is my test IDE at present for web. At work I use VS2008 - no surprise there.

What it produces, list of viruses?

It exports a list of all executable files to a text file, called toolbox.txt. There might be some viruses or trojans in though, depending on what site plugins dequadin has been downloading... :p
