What's up with telkom usage tracker?

Hi all would be interested to find out of anybody else has had this problem in the last few days.

Been downloading from news.saix.net, around 1 gig in the last day or three. My usage tracker indicates 0 local bandwidth but shows the 1 gig comming off international bandwidth?

Any ideas?

Reason: Any usage first goes against your international!! Once you are capped on international then your local shows up on local usage.
