WhatsApp group calling tested

The WhatsApp group calls and group video calls update is rolling out to users across the world, following the company announcing the new feature two weeks back.

The company said the group calling feature is rolling out to the iPhone and Android versions of WhatsApp, and up to four people may participate in a group call.

While they're working on things can they please remove the stupid 'you've deleted a message' message.
Telegram and every other chat app in the world gets it right, not sure why they need that message.

There are far more serious issues in the world other than that little 'non-issue'.

It's nice to have something like this and never need it than need it and not have it.

It is nice to have something like this, but over past 3 years size of the Whatsapp increased 5 times, so I prefer a smaller app, which loads faster. When someone place a call, I have to wait 30 second before I can answer a call.

How in the fck does the size of an app bother you?

It does. The phone has 512MB RAM for everything, but Whatsapp needs 200MB just to answer incoming call.

Oh, right. I forgot you're the one who voluntarily uses a horse kack piece of phone and then complains when apps later no longer work. Jesus.

BTW, are you thus unable to use whatsapp or answer whatsapp calls?

This phone is old, but still works more reliable than a new Android 8 with 2GB RAM.

And mostly using Telegram as it loads fast and is a better software on every aspect.

So instead of blaming your old reliable schitty phone, you blame WhatsApp.

I've never had any problems with the VoIP but I've never used video calling and never plan to so I can't comment on that

Strangely, I tried to video call when I was losing my soul in Bangkok, and although the video worked, the audio was on the same speaker as the telephone, not the speaker, so I couldn't hear much. Meh.

One night in Bangkok makes a hard man humble

1. Disagreed that my phone is sh$#ty, you just heard otherwise.

2. You didn't give a reason why I should blame my phone, not a Whatsapp. Telegram does exactly the same and works well on my phone. This is my reason. So give your reason or shut up.

You have a kack phone if it can't even handle whatsapp.

It does. The phone has 512MB RAM for everything, but Whatsapp needs 200MB just to answer incoming call.

How did you measure 256MB RAM usage, and you do understand how RAM usage on android works, right?
512MB RAM? :crylaugh:

Who would still be using a smartphone from circa 2010 in 2018 but sajunky?

~2012. :p
