A shitty App not developed by Apple; has nothing to do with Apple, at all.
I'm 34 and have never used it and never will.
I've got 95% of other peoples status updates muted.

Someone just asked me what a blue circle around a profile photo was on Whatsapp.
I told them 'don't stress - I guess it means they have a status loaded, but I'll check' .... and then 'oh my status doesn't work anyway - can't check'

Yes, they review apps. They do not however do QA testing for bugs. They make sure the app runs and doesn't blow up at launch. They don't make sure all features are tested 100% to spec, for obvious reasons.
Whenever I submit apps to Apple; if the app meets their guidelines and works, it passes. If there is a crash or a bug in a feature, they will not even mention it or test it - because they have no idea what is a bug or features without the spec.
So, as shitty App, full of bugs, has nothing to do with Apple. An App that is low quality and crashes all the time, like on startup, will more often than not get caught by Apple reviewer.
I do wish it would be a give an error rather just hang
I'll ask the iStore on the weekend as I have to pay R250.00 or something to get an Apple Watch to sync with an iPhone, because that's also hanging
Uhm, you really don't need to go to the iStore for that; can be resolved without their assistance.
