WHECO/CIELO a scam

Hope someone here can assist.

Ordered online from this company which looked legit. My mistake - should have read the hellopeter and Google reviews first.

Received soiled and broken items.

Been a week now and all I get is a robotic message saying that they will get back to me.

Tired of this b**s**.

Does anybody have an email address or details of this "company's" MD please?

And while I'm here, I would like to warn you to stay away from this store - absolute nightmare with terribly inferior quality products. Amazing they are in business actually.

Are you referring to this company - https://www.cielo.co.za/
If so, Cielo has several physical stores, maybe go to the nearest one and see whether they can assist in following up on your online purchase.

Its not a scam also says you have 14 days to return there are three numbers call them all dont email
 
It took me a month to get these tards to pick up their garbage tier furniture and return my money.

I do have the doxx of a Wheco director.
 
I am having the exact same issue. Did you ever come right? If so do you perhaps have details on the person you managed to get help from?

Please can I get the details, I am having endless issues trying to return my broken couch ! The call centres are useless and pathetic!!
 
Cielo is the absolute worst. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM. My couches are literally shredding after 5 months, and after a month of trying to get info from customers services, sending emails, photos etc - they have declared it is normal wear and tear. Nearly 60 years old and have never seen couches fall apart like this. Disgusting service.
 
This delivery company is disgusting ,a bunch of liars and have no respect for their customers. Apparently they are offering delivery services for Cielo and they have been sending me from pillar to post regarding my order. I do not recommend anyone to use their services .
 
We have some expensive pieces of furniture from Cielo, but the last experience with them was poor.

The table and chairs we ordered took almost a month to arrive. The first time, the bolts that holds everything together was bent.

The second time, the table top was cracked.

Third time lucky.

I get the impression they're trying to cheap out on courier costs, and that's where the problem lies.

It's a pity, their products are solid quality but this level of service has put me off and I probably won't support them anymore.

They are not a scam though, I have to give them that.
