So don't game on consoles. Next time you're upgrading your PC, spend a bit more and add a decent video card.

PC gaming is so much cheaper its madness to use consoles for anything other than exclusives. I've saved crazy money since switching a few years ago. You very quickly recover the hardware expenditure.

A side benefit is that the games also look and perform much, much better.
 
So it very much depends on how much you game. If you are like me and you don't play every second game out there and only buy the decent games every couple of months then console is cheaper (and more fun :twisted: ). That said, if money is an issue and you go console, stick to PS3 because the PS4 games are way more expensive.

Sigh. I don't understand why console peasants feel the need to attack just because the master race exists. Do they think their games will get any better or cheaper if a higher standard isn't around to compare them to? And more amusingly, how do they think they're going to win any wars when they're taking a spoon to a gun fight?
 
I never buy new. Can't be fussed about a pre order. I have a backlog so I have something to play. Besides the prices are fsuckn insane.

Mostly because we earn enough money to afford the more expensive games :twisted:

But we earn enough money to buy the same games and use the difference on more expensive hardware and a superior gaming experience.

Although if she wanted to play games, she'd either sit on my lap at the desktop or we could jam multiplayer on the couch. You know PC games can be played on TV's now right?
