When did gaming become so expensive?

Really? I've never had an issue. Was it a g2a sale or a marketplace sale?

Personally never had a problem. I only buy from g2a direct or a marketplace seller with 100% and >5000 sales.

All of them steam gifts? AFAIK those can lead to issues...

Marketplace I suppose? I just chose the cheapest offer on the regular sales listing page. It was a seller with a 99% rating with thousands of sales. In the dispute process he asked me to get an activation date for the code from Steam and promised a refund if it was before my purchase date. I quickly discovered from Steam's support that under no circumstances will they give out that information. The seller kept asking for the activation date, so I ended our discussion and now have to wait for G2A to settle it. I used their live chat assistance, but the guy said he can't speed up the process.

Nope, I've only bought keys and not gifts. I guess at least a gift wont give you a duplicate error.

That's what I use kinguin for + buyer protection; only keys no gifts or vpn activated **** as you never know.

Before that I tried gamekeysbuy a few times and got too many issues and decided to book them under lekker dodge :D

If you're getting a console to woo girls then you're doing it wrong. How is a girl that can't even afford get own gaming pc ever going to be able to support you?

I have 70 games on steam I've never played ;_;

I game on the console and am managing just fine. Just don't jump onto preorders and wait till a game is a couple months old with major bugs squashed and look out for deals. No need to pay R850

101 here, I decided to install Shadow of Mordor last night.
It cost me under $10 fyi.

Last time I checked, games are cheap if you don't buy them at launch.

Add G2A and Kinguin if you guys want discounts.

I buy all my games there now.
Big reductions in price.

Yes of course. Steam's big picture mode was made just for that reason.

Just plug in your controller and enjoy.
