When does Matrixnet cap reset?

Have tried out this Matrixnet Free 3GB / month for 5 months - registered for it 1st Jan. This morning @ 6a.m. it'd not yet reset. Emailed them, and will see if there's any response. I've found Openweb's interface also problematic in this regard.

Afrihost & My ISP reset like clockwork every month.
