Depends on your phone and network. Those of us on Vodacom have had it for a while already.

He says S4 so I'm assuming it's not a HUEHUEHUEHUEWEI Ascend P6 S4 :p

I've just got off the phone with China, this is indeed the correct way to spell and pronounce HUEHUEHUEHUEWEI.

Also had KitKat for ages on my Note 3. Vodacom stock, Cell C as the network.

Omega rom V20 for galaxy S4. That is all.

So can i install any of the 4.4.2 roms on sammobile for my S4? My phone is rooted.

In all seriousness, if you're already rooted, try Omega. But yes, you can install any of the appropriate roms from sammobile - but they all come with samsung bloat.

I have used all the roms before incl CM, Omega and so on, but prefer the vanilla versions from Samsung. I do get rid of the bloatware with Titanium backup.

Thx for the confirmation

You can disable all the Samsung apps if you want to, and it will not show up in your app tray.

Easy peasy.

Sure.
But you don't get the optimised kernels and nice tweaks like wanam xposed,do you? (or can you?)

Omega, Slim, Carbon, NeatROM - Why wait for your Carrier to catch a wake-up?
