When to start downloading

I was just wondering, when is a good time in the month to go over the cap and start downloading things? I know that about 20-30 gig is the safely assumed 'limit' before they start calling you or suspending your service.

I'm not downloading yet, as when I do i'll go over the 1gig limit and i'll be capped at a speed of 64kpbs. I wanted to know when everyone else normally starts their downloading in the month (later in the month or around now?).

sure... just want to know from which source - up to you wen you download, I prefer earlier in the month when everyone is not trying to get every last kb from their cap...
