When will I be uncapped?

Hi guys,

Since I'm very very very, extremely superly cautious not to "abuse" my 3GB Telkom account I somehow manage to not get capped before the end of the month. However, at the beginning of the month my brother stayed with us for three weeks and he apparently does not understand that bandwidth is more valuable than gold so he completely raped my bandwidth by the 11'th of June. I love my brother, so I just tortured him a little bit. So, when the 1'st of July arrived, I eagerly switched on my computer to see whats been a-happenin' in the world-wibbly-web thingy-magic. To my surprise, my browser told me, no ways foo, you aint seen nutting of this interweb today sucka!

Anyways, so now it is the 2'nd of July, when I get home, will someone have pushed the big red button to reset my usage? Why was it not reset yesterday, was it because it was Sunday? Surely it's an automated process? Did Telkom's computers go to Sunday school and forget to reset my cap? Please, please tell me I don't have to phone Telkom's helpline! For me it's the same as having to visit the dentist, and dentists are evil, the last dentist I visited was the devil himself!!!
 
By the time someone posts a reply here to your question, you should have been able to get hold of a TelkomInternet agent...twice, if you are lucky
 
phone them.. and they'll say oops.. then uncap it.. they're retarded .. happens to me like once every 3 months..
 
I didn't have the time to phone them when I got home last night, so I phoned them this morning from work. Aparently from their side everything seems fine. But of course, everything is not fine since I still have no internet connectivity. I've tried everything on my side already, physical connection is fine, modem is configured properly as it always was. Tried resetting the modem, re-configuring it etc. No use. I guess its time for a technician to come out.

If it syncs but no connection phone them and ask for a port reset. usually sorts it out.
