When will it stop?

You wouldn't last long. First they have no fear. Second, you'll be fighting an endless war you can never win. There'll always be drug dealers. For every one you kill there'll be ten waiting to take their place. Sooner or later they'll get you, then get back to making money.

I'm all for removing the criminal element from the drug trade, but I've been around long enough to realise that the drug trade itself is never going to go away.

Defeatism... we need to put the fear *in* them again. Then, when we no longer seem defeated, when we can show that we are strong, *then* we can destroy them.

At what point is the government going to say enough is enough and take a zero tollerance approach to criminals?

Honestly, I think they'll only say enough when it starts affecting them, their families, friends and associates.

Bring back the death penalty!!!


I spoke to a cop the other day and he wishes they would bring it back.

Man, people in jail have more than poor people in the street..

how will the death penalty help ?

For some strange reason the idea of living in a world where the only way I can be safe is if I am willing to kill a person who threatens my well being is very uncomfortable. The death penalty won't put an end to violent crime, most of these monsters don't care if they live or die. They feel invincible and are convinced they can shoot their way out of any sticky situation. Day after day they prove that they can! I love this country very much but cannot see a near solution to our out of control crime wave! Quite the tsunami actually!

My solution:
1. Take away the criminals rights (no voting!).
2. Community service for lesser crimes.
3. Hard labour for bigger crimes (roads, hospitals, railways, etc.).
4. Enforce the law on smaller crime (urinating in public, littering, etc. This will prevent a lot of major crimes from happening. NY did this to help decrease overall crime.).
5. Legalize everything, and tax it to death
