Where can I get this cable in George?

Not sure if this is the right section, but here goes.

I need a 3, 5, or 10m N-type male to N-type male cable ASAP.

I am flying to George tomorrow, for three days, and I've realised that I a short short cable. This was a short notice trip.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these cables in this little town?

I have never seen a Game store carrying something like a coaxial cable with N-type male connectors.
