Where do I get the best pizza?

Panaroties have stopped putting lots of pizza base on their pizzas, for me 60-70% the base makes or breaks the pizza. Tried scooters, not really that great, tried Debonayz, average pizza but cheese griller cramped crust is fantastic.

So Where do I get the best pizza?

If you like Panarottis you know nothing about pizza or about anything to be quite honest. The worst pizza ever

You make if from scratch.

Unless you have a wood burning pizza oven at home, you just cannot get that wood-fired taste. You can try those stones and electric pizza ovens, but it doesn't compare.

I suggest that you go to your local Spar and place an order for a fresh pizza base, then take it home and build your own, in my case, I bought four on Saturday, kids did their own creationism and I weber cooked them, gonna try and smoke pizza soon....

I wish to try Mimos again soon but only know of two branches. Pitty the branch in Forways closed down 15 years ago.

So far my personal fave is Romans pizzas tangy Russian. Its unbelievable how good chutney is as a pizza base.

How do you even make the dough and base ?

I make my own every Pizza Saturday. We tried a number of recipes, then discovered that my wife's bread maker (That must-buy appliance used once then put away in cupboard) has a awesome pizza dough recipe.
As for base - its basically tomato paste - you'll find it in cans and sachets in the shops. I make mine with a 50/50 mix of paste and chutney. Add cheese, then go crazy. A good pan or stone and you are rocking.

I love Mimmo's pizzas pitty we do not have one in my town so have to go to the Pavillion for one.
