Where do you prefer to work from?​

on a Beach in the Bahamas, and catch a weekly Flight back to JHB for a few small things,
be on airplanes and beaches and office only extremely rarely.

Hybrid -- put proper Hybrid. Not too many days in the office (targeted at specific outcomes) and then everybody should be there. Hybrid with half a team on Teams and half in the office is literally the worst of both worlds. And having people come in just for the sake of coming in is also pretty terrible. That being said -- sometimes a 8 hour in-person workshop at the office can do away with 80 hours of Teams meetings.

When I moved to CT, promised myself never to take the ocean for granted. A few months later I caught myself doing exactly that.
Rather keep it for holidays.

From home. Have only ever worked from home since leaving school and never been in an office and would never want to be in an office.

Been working from home for 13 years now. Not going to change if I can help it.

On the odd occasion I find myself in a client's office, I find it exhausting to spend a full day sitting around in that space.
