Well, AFAIK, they're both refence card designs, so its all the same, unless its an XFX XXX edition

I got my Gainward 7900GT from dotcomputers.co.za for R3150.
If is a kick ass card, and it overclocks well. I stay in East London and got it couriered. My advice is organize your own courier rather than theirs. Border Technology Distributers here in EL had the XFX 7900GT for about R2900 if you want to take a drive...

As your choice in cards goes the 7900gt is a must

XXX versions are factory overclocked. In other words they already overclock the card for you. And since they do it, it can be considered "safer".

All top of the range cards come with VIVO, so if you were hoping for a discount your out of luck.

Depends.... if you've got a huge TV it would be better to watch your movies/series/whatever on it via your VIVO than watching on a 15" to 19" CRT.

Some people use it some don't.
