Where to Go to repair/replace Seagate HDD's

Good Day

I have 2 Seagate Hard drives (2x250GB 7200.12), that have both now crashed on me (the first was in January, second one now), the bad news is the shop where i bought them has now closed down where can I go to get them replaced or fixed.

I ran Seagates's SEATOOLS (DOS mode one) and while its loading it says cant read hard drive sector 1 or something, so I have tried seatools, but even it is battling to read the drives, sometimes they'll show then they wont, and the bios freezes for about a minute whilst it detects that HDD's on those SATA ports

Update,
I ran a short test and it just goes from 0-100% and loops that process, and on long test so far 0% LBA 14 13 Errors

Fairly common problem that. Firmware related a lot of the time. Do you want to get your data back, or just replace the drives?
If just replacing the drives you should search the forum, there are many threads that answer your question.
 
South_bit the data isnt a prob cause i got backups, just the replacement of the drives
