Hey Guys,

My one 1TB seagate drive is giving errors in windows. Something like imminent failure or something like that. Thing is, I can't remember where I bought the drive, so to whom can I take it for rma?

Also, the drive is working without problems, it's only windows showing this error and then crystalmark showing an error. So, when they are going to test it, they will say it work fine and not rma it... :erm:

some guys will rma drive for you for charge , if you though them , even though not bought from them.

so just ask some prophecy maybe.

I have a Samsung 2tb external the drive died on me. Tried Samsung but they would not help as it's over a year old and Seagate handles all their HDD issues now.

They said Seagate will be able to help me. Do any of you know the number?

I just RMA'd a Seagate drive through Rectron, don't know where the drive was purchased. Cost me R70 and took 7 working days. Service was fantastic.
