please help me out, i need another psu as my previous one (aopen 700) blew, and looking at the ranges hehe - there is quite a few ones out there to choose from.

throughput and price is important :)

thnx

i see, so Aopen is still Aok ? :P

there is the Corsair HX620W....

Hehe, I was just about to recommend the AOpen AO700, but thats probably the one you had. From personal experience, avoid Thermaltake, I had endless problems with a Purepower 680w, I had it replaced numerous times, and eventually gave up.

I like the AOpens made my Fortron Source, also I have heard good things about the Corsairs, I think they're made by Seasonic, who also have a good reputation.

It's like EVERYTHING with computers, the more 'features' you want, the more you pay as well as, the GOOD names you pay for, the others you don't.

I've used AOpen for so long, I'm very happy with their stuff, if my PSU pops, I take it back, simple... Warranty is there to be used ;)

I don't see the point in paying WAY MORE for the same stuff (sorta)

cool, so who still sells this psu ?

don't seem like rectron does any more....
