A start-up company consisting of a Marketing and Ad Agency and IT company (web design and development, hosting, software development etc) is looking at opening an office.

What connectivity is best suited to such a set-up (ADSL, leased line, a wireless SP). Bearing in mind that there will be a large amount of data sent and received over the connection, so speed is relatively important as well as a fairly large cap (if at all). Given that this is a start up, costs need to be kept within reasonable levels.

Wireless can be unpredictable at times and is prone to disconnect at times. For a business I would personally rather get a dedicated ADSL line or ISDN. Just my 5cents worth

Yup, for me it's a no brainer: ADSL.
If you're looking at high local traffic and are really worried about cost, split your line, there are loads of ways.
