thats cheating. England and Wales arent seperate countries.

Its like calling the Western Cape, Gauteng etc. seperate countries. The fact that they behave as such isnt relevant

Gauteng and the Western cape can't enter teams in the Commonwealth games, or the African cup.

I have only been overseas for work except twice for holiday I took off 1 week in the middle of the year to go.
I find holidays for South Africans are difficult since we are geographically so far away from major countries.
If we are not working and have the time we don't have the cash due to expensive transport and cost of living overseas.
If we are working we don't have time for long periods of leave as SA companies leave is less than overseas. December holiday leave I don't do due to flights and accomodation costing double.
