hey guys can u tell me is xfx 8600 gt Fatality gud card cos i looked at it and where they benchmarked it and in some places it runs better than the GTS's

Still IMO I would get a 8600GTS the "Fatal1ty" GT is just some overpriced OC's GT thats all. You just pay for the name.

Want to a good card, Asus, Gigabyte, XfX, eVGA or Gainward are all EXCELENT!!

so, 8600GTS 256/512 is a good mid range card got a freind playing Bioshock 1024*768 max w/ DX10, unfortunately a 8600GTS is not going to get you AA & AF running at the same time

for a more powerfull card you could get a 8800GTS

8800GTS if you can afford it at any cost.. R2850 at prophecy now which, I can't stress enough, is incredibly worth it over a 8600GTS.

The fatality card has it's own passive cooling, and if it can overclock that well it must be good cooling.. so you pay for something. But I wouldn't pay R1900 for it when you can get the vanilla and clock it almost as high for R700 less.

spending R9.6k on a gfx card must be the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard of. in 2 months that card won't be worth 5k 2nd hand.
