Have used Hetzner almost exclusively since 2000. For photography or video sites with huge storage requirements, I host the sites on Hetzner and pull the images and video from Amazon S3.

Teraco doesn't fit in here, and Afrihost shouldn't even be an option for anyone actually serious about hosting.

Has the largest hosting providers in South Africa, not sure how they got their metric, notice how Afrihost has the lowest at 3.8/10 in the top 5, only other ISP have worse and GoDaddy.

Plus I am sure the list is wrong due to missing providers, but it definitely has domains.co.za in the top 5 biggest which isn't in your poll.

I prefer namecheap, I do like their plans and everything else about that. I just love how really cheap they are, so it's not just error in their name and that's it. I do not like that they increase their overall prices a bit lately, but I think it's just unavoidable case or so.
