I have an iPAD 2 64GB which I bought just when it came out. I started using iMOVIE to make some short video clips and use my iPhone 8S for this. But, I have learned that iMovie offers more functions on the more recent iOS devices. My iPAD only goes up to 9.3.5. I have a budget of nothing more than ±R4 000. What can I buy for this amount? I don't need it to take a SIM card and WiFi is enough. I learned that the most recent iPAD's are Gen 6.
I had a look at this one from incredible but cannot see Gen? is it? I have just noticed that this one has an A9 chip and the new ones an A10. A9 is still good, or what do you think?

Will appreciate some pointers. I don't need to buy a brand new one and a used one in very good condition will also do.
