Which ISP Not to use --depends on your needs--

Here we have a consumer complaining that he is not getting support from an ISP, but when being sked by the ISP rep to give detail about the problem, he's not willing to give detail. You gotto love SA, oh and it's consumers :)

A fully agree.

I wouldn't want this customer of my business at all - he sounds like a moron. He does not describe anything and isn't even willing to accept help that is offered to him. I deal with many customers all the time at times ranging from 8 AM through to 4 AM and I at least now know that quality customers are the clients you want, especially when you're helping someone how to login to SSH whilst trying to learn for an exam.

Not only that, but he seems very rude. I deal a lot with rude people in my casual job and trust me - once they realise they can't pull the rubbish they deal with you to another company, they come crawling back, all red in the face.
