Which ISP should we choose on Vumatel

I have Afrihost on Openweb at my house but, I trying to help a friend of mine decide. He recently got Vumatel in his complex, we at looking at a few Vumatel ISPs but, what is the best one? I'm taking about good service here. He would rather pay more and not hold long enough for a call center to beat Telkom.

I would really appreciate advice here as doing research for hours on the net can be exhausting and confusing.

IMO = In my opinion

Coool Ideas(CISP) is a decent ISP yes. You can also look at Crystal Web.

I use Crystal Web - service is good, no issues.
Some of my friends are on Cool Ideas - same experience, very good.

No mistakes with any of these...

They have options - 20/2 or 20/20 - as do most ISPs.

Ok guys, I just want to say thanks for helping. We are looking at Crystal Web and Cool Ideas. My friend will have to decide as Im helping him investigate. They both have the same pricing.
