Which ISP

Hi, I am currently looking to get ADSL but I need to know which ISP is the best for some downloading (torrents) and to play online. I am currently leaning towards 384k openweb gold unshaped (budget doesn't allow a 4meg line ) Any feedback on the mweb 384k unshaped line, what are the download speeds?

Openweb would be a good choice. From what I can read on the forums here, MWEB has been having issues with gaming.
