Which smartphone do you currently use?

Samsung S5 Active

Had it since 2015, still not a single scratch on the screen - but the processor is dying on me. Any recommendations for an android based upgrade?

Nokia 8. It was much cheaper than the competition, had good build quality (except the screen which is an LG panel and therefore will develop pink screen burn because LG panels are garbage), and had the high-end SD835 SOC. Oh and stock Android, kinda. Also got 2 major OS updates and currently still getting 3 years of security updates (currently in it's last year, which means only security updates every quarter).

Still my trusty OnePlus 6. Running great on Android 10. Will get a new phone at some point this year. Either the Samsung S20+ or OnePlus 8 Pro most likely.

OnePlus 6T, coming from cheapie Xiaomi Redmi 5. My younger brother got me hooked on the OnePlus. Brother got the OP6. Best phone I have so far. Tsek Samsung. Love the bone stock Android.

Vivo Y91c - Great specs on paper ... good price but WRECKED by locked bootloader and their Vivo FunTouch OS Android fork ... terrible bloatware that is difficult to disable and FunTouch OS skin that mimics iOS ... Terrible Terrible Terrible... Worst user experience ever!

Going back to my Sony Xperia Z - 8+ years old but runs Android vanilla (custom ROM) and miles better than the FunTouch abomination shipped on Vivo devices.

I cannot understand why hamstring the device with this FunTouch rubbish! Frustrating and such a misnomer!

Huawei P8 lite 2017. I had the 2015 version before and got this one on a great Telkom Chinese New Year deal in 2018.

Samsung Galaxy S10

It works well without issues and has decent battery life and can run everything I need

But would probably consider the A series as well since S series is expensive

iPhone 8 Plus 128GB. Chose it for the camera setup. Not considering replacing in the immediate future, it's perfect for all my needs.
