Which smtp server to use for Telkom Mobile LTE

Hi I have looked everywhere for the smtp server to use for telkom lte but cannot find one that works.
I have tried
smtp.saix.net
smtp.telkomsa.net (mentioned in the telkom faq)
smtp.intekom.com
smtp.intekom.co.za

The dsl ones will clearly not work.
When I phoned the help desk they ask for my username name. I have no username. I only a telkom mobile sim card!

Also does one get an email address associated with telkom lte? If so where do I get it?

Try smtp.uls.co.za for the outgoing server. This is a universal smtp setting.
