Latency depicted in the speed test is dependent on location.

As far as speed tests specifically go, they don't differ?

Maybe some will give you your speed in a different denomination.
Maybe you have another device downloading.
Maybe you're doing the test over wifi (i havent noticed significant differences with this but its a factor)

You can always use MyBB speed test as well.
Just take note of the certificate issue...
