Just before Xmas my step childern were due to catch a bus (Greyhound) to visit theor Dad for Xmas. Unfortunately due to a booking mix up they missed the bus.
In an attempt to solve the problem and re-booking them, I phoned the Greyhound Call Center number: 0839159000.
Here is the surprise; on my cell billing;
Total: R142.50 for apporx 54 minutes!!!!
Aren't company's using premium rate services and dycon numbers supposed to inform the customer of the rates that they will be paying when calling?
Please be ware that some "normal" looking cell numbers can cost-a-plenty.
