We are considering ticketing systems to help with online order info flow / queries / returns / refunds / email correspondence etc. Something that has plug-ins to our social media platforms messaging (Insta / Twitter / YouTube / Facebook) and needs to operate via our Prestashop platform.
We are considering Zendesk. But its pricey at $90 a month per user. We'll probably need 8 - 12 users to access.
What options can you recommend? Anything local?
