I've had such crap service from multiple ones in Blouberg that I now drive to Tyremart in Clanwilliam each time my offroad vehicle needs tyres (3rd time was late last year) .

Better service, and even with the travel cost - its cheaper.

TyreMart Menlyn is my go to when I am in SA, and for when my fiancee is in Pretoria and needs her tyres/wheels checked. Run by a friend of the family and I know he will take care of her vehicle. Family also takes all their vehicles there because of the good relationship between the family and the owners, managers and staff.

tsek ... these Tyremart fanboys ... used them often in the past when they had a branch in table view where these days there's a BAIC dealership instead

yeah they were alright, but now the only one in the area is the Parklands branch, best avoided, got some really steep pricing and mediocre service there, never again

Adrian Gore says I must use Tiger Wheel and Tyre, so Tiger Wheel and Tyre is what I use.

These geniuses couldnt a 5 wheel rotation. Told me they did - and then couldnt explain the unused new tire still on the back door.

Hey???
Do you want a tyre with 5000Km in front next to a tyre that is new? That slight circumference difference might just throw a car's electronics. different hub speeds.
Not sure it is a smart idea to have you spare in the mix too. Typical is front to back, keep same axle together.

My local TWT or my local Supa Quick are decent.

However, I love the Hunter road force balancing at the local Tyre Mart Boksburg. Excellent high speed stability.

Five wheel rotation is common - I've done it for over 20 years without issue - if you think all FOUR tires are already wearing evenly, I've got news for you.

Local TWT - Only because the owner is a friend so I get a good price and good Michelins plus free fitment/balancing/alignment when I buy a set of 4 tyres.
