Hello. I'm planning to get MWEB uncapped 1024kbps for me and my brother. We're planning to play an online game or 2 together. Will the game's server see us as 1 connection and thus kick us for cheating or won't we have the same IP address?

you will have the same i.p address, i regularly invite people to play online with my adsl, never had problems with , war3, LOL, wow and a few cod games.

Even if you were to stand a remote chance of being banned or sharing an IP address - if you set up a PPPoE connection on the PCs you'd have different IP addresses - as long as you are on the same ADSL line it'll allow multiple connections

Though yes in this instance it is unnecessary
