Which Wisp can give me Internet Access - CPT

Hi all,

I live in Mitchells Plain, Westgate. I have contacted a few provides eg. snowball and the rest that has coverage in my area but they cannot find a signal because of a hill in the line of sight. is there a diffent wisp that i can use that is not pointing where the hill is?
