Hey guys,
I dont know if this is the right place to post this but I still have a bunch of Whisk(e)y for sale.
It was given to me by my father in law after they moved houses and now I am about to move and want to get rid of all of it. All of them are unopened and in perfect condition.
Here is what is for sale:

11 Bells ceramic decanters (Some still boxed)
J&B 3L and J&B 2L
Clan Campbell 4.5L
Chivas Regal 3.78L

Open to reasonable offers for all of it

Ardbeg replied to my tweet asking if this will make it to our shores saying that the first release will not be coming to SA.

Do you have more info on that Chivas? A picture of the bottle will make a huge difference.

That Chivas is exactly what I thought it was....

I would offer you an extremely good price for that bottle, but I am just concerned about shipping here to CT.

If I lived in your area it would be simple...and you'd be a happy camper right now.

So what is it and how much is it worth. I was going to drink it but you've fscked that up for me now.

No really. I’m searching and don’t see anything special about it. It doesn’t look particularly old, I see a 2001 on the label but maybe that’s nothing. I just thought 5 bottles of Chivas you can get now and again for about R1500, so offer R1000.

So can you elaborate please because you’ve now given him hope that it’s worth something and my offer is out the window. I’m not interested in collections so if it’s just worth 5 bottles and a novelty factor, I might offer to split the courier with him. But as it is, he’s in limbo.

Not sure where you see 2001 on the lable? Unless I missed something?

PS. No one's "in limbo". I sent him a PM as well.
 
As far as I know it is older than 2001 and I am not sure where the you see the date on it.
I think R1000 is a bit low
