Lot's of inflated prices, now being "discounted"...cannot remember ever seeing Lagavulin 16yo for R 1400.

Most people drink their "nice single malts" with ice cubes. When you point out to them that they're ruining the flavours and they can just as well drink Johnny Walker Black for half the price, you get crazy looks.

Anyway, it's a good price. That Glenlivet is also well priced.

For sure, and I encourage it, but to sell an ice bucket with a Glenfiddich 12YO is a bit like selling a new Mercedes with furry dice for the rearview mirror. Just because you can, you like it and it's allowed, doesn't mean you should
