The Veritas range are at the higher end, and these are really superb. Nice to use so far. Downside, the stems are VERY long as you can see relative to the whisky bottles.

Decided to revisit this one. So much to unpack here...the Puaillac red wine barrels add so much complexity. But even though we hav ea lot of deep , red fruits here, there is beautiful dry tannin that remind me of strong black Assam tea.

Stopped to drop off a Kilchoman STR sample and fetch my bottle of M&H. Yossi very generously gifted me a bottle of his Caol Ila 10. It is sublime. Really love this. Stock already with WhiskyBrother and Wild About Whisky so should be on sale in the coming week.

Mostly consumed in sa by anc youth league and eff. Since they drink it for show and don't know the difference local distributors started cutting it with horse pi$$. All connoisseurs know to avoid it now. you must have missed the memo.

Well that is horseshit TBH.

JW is not the best and is overrated most of the time, but is definitely not diluted/watered down by local distributors as you initially "suggested".

That is quite the inflammatory post with not even anecdotal evidence to support it.

Also not really what this thread is about...
