This was the Cape Town menu. I'm sure Ardbeg will be there, I was at a Glenmorangie tasting, the brand ambassador Rob also does Ardbeg and he said that they were doing Wade Bales instead of WhiskyLive.

What I meant was, was there no Ardbeg or Glenmorangie at Wade Bales Cape Town?
There was not, but I can't say I was disappointed with the other offerings.
Ardbeg and Glenmorangie did make an appearance at the World Whisky day event at the stack.
Seems like the WW is all out anyway, didn’t see it at Istanbul or even at Cape Town before customs. But no biggy, it was just a nice light dram for easy drinking. Plenty more to take its place
The presence of Kilchoman more than compensates for the absence of Ardbeg.

Oh yeah, it was great fun. Had a good couple of the special whiskies at the bell. Picked up a few more bottles of the Birnie Moss from WB as well. Met some whisky enthusiasts as well so might end up going to the Pretoria side for their next testing.
Norman Goodfellows don't even have their bottles of Drum yet. I went to go ask today.
