so you reckon it can't be an acquired taste?
Yes, you can acquire a taste for it, but that doesn't mean he will enjoy it.

I drink almost anything alcoholic, and I love my whiskey and my wine. In a blind wine tasting recently, I could pinpoint the country of origin and varietal.

But while I can also do the same with MCC/champagne, I really do not enjoy drinking it - so I don't.

Life is too short to not enjoy what you are drinking & eating.

Life is also too short to not try out new things and get out of your comfort zone :-)

Trying to place an order on BottegaWhiskey, but it seems they do not ship to Stellenbosch?

"There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help."

wtf?

Working this morning. Next challenge was that I had used their site before and recognised my email address, so it wanted me to login. I can't find an obvious login button. Opted for a secondary email address.

Wow, never ordering from WhiskeyBrother again, what a rip-off!

Bit harsh, these were originally 'collectables' just so happens there's still plenty of them...

Inb4 @MightyQuin, you should have shopped around...

That said whisky brother usually responds to emails and will probably refund without much hassle afaik. But understand they do tend to mark up a bit more than other retailers usually, but their special releases and sales are pretty amazing. Not to mention they use courier guy which usually gets stuff to CPT within 2 days sometimes less.

Solved the login issue. The "whiskey club" link is the login to your account link

Are there any reliable online stores that you are aware of where they sell/deliver (when they're allowed to) whiskies such as Vat 69, First Watch or the similar?
