It was 18 years old. They dropped the age statement a while back, I assume because they were having trouble getting Clynelish at that age or older.

I'm not saying it isn't fake, this is a very commonly faked bottle, but it does look OK (taking into account the discoloration due to bad storage). Here's a picture of the real stuff:

Is there any value if it's a real bottle?

Vinoteque might still have as well, if you're not in Steenberg area. Someone in a local Facebook group also picked up the Pinotage from NGF Umhlanga recently. They should still have stock - good luck getting any response from them, though.

Just seen a couple of bottles of Three Ships Bourbon Cask in the wild at PNP Steenberg, still at R289 :)
They are all over town, last time I thought myself lucky to find one. Now, I can get several cases worth. Going at R274 here. Not sure where the hell they came from

Suppose there still some stores that have old stock. As none available at distillery or elsewhere online. Just don't see it often, well at least I dont

It’s really suspicious though, we had nothing and then suddenly several stores have stock.

The initial theory was that TS held some back to build demand, but the price they go at currently doesn’t support the hypothesis
