happy to report that for me the Kilkerran 8yo was the one I most wanted a full bottle of after doing the set and it is at least still available from WB it seems ... not even that pricey ... roughly Ardbeg Uigeadail territory price wise
Yep...new stock came in a week ago or so. Seems the local market is "full" and everybody already has one or a few. In the past they disappeared within minutes.

You should grab one though...

I prefer the 12yo though and the Bourbon Cask batches of the 8yo. Too much sulfur for my taste on the last one.

That's what I read on many of the reviews of this latest batch, about the sulfur. Rather stuck with just the heavily peated and will check the next batch.

Some recent auction wins...

Contender for my whisky of the year contained in this pic...

This Kili was distilled on my 40th birthday so made sure I won it, also pure bourbon cask deliciousness (something Kilchoman knows how to do).

One more to replace the one that 'walked' out my house so back to having 2 in the collection...

Also managed to add the batch strength (57%) and a 10 year old to my Scarabus collection. Cracking value for these Islay single malts. The 'normal' Scarabus can be found easily but the 10 yo and batch strength should be more accessible early next year.
