We agree! But at the rate you going the country will be like Zimbabwe before you know it. How much time you need. I used to employ 5 blacks,1 indian and 3 Whites. Now due to BEE/AA I work alone, freelance consulting and make more than ever before. Who lost out. Think dude Think.

Don't BS us. If you employed 5 blacks,1 indian and 3 Whites then you were not a designated employer. Tell us exactly how AA/BEE affected you. How have you avoided the same effects now that you are freelance consulting?

Please can I ask your ages? and Educational qualifications. I am curious to know if you chaps "Struggled" or just have a chip on their shoulder. Did you come from shanty towns or was brought up in a big house.

Not an employer. Shame I do not know what you mean or say but believe what you want. My bank and financial reports can prove that but I do not have to do it for you. I have nothing to explain to you. I was doing contracts at Randwater board and was stopped from the system and tenders because I do not have more than 50% black ownership in the company. I am a sole owner CC since 1995 and that is how it will remain.

My knowledge and experience is such that it cannot be mastered by any fool and as such are hired to do consulting and breakdown services by some who cannot do the job. The difference is I charge them a arm and a leg and they can do nothing about it. I call it self survival and job protection. Some months I work a day and earn more than 80% of the population earn in an year.
