I guess men just have an issue with using something that will show no real benefit over the short term. If it aint broke don't fix it. How does one judge whether a product actually worked over the long term? You can't. And if I reckon the h20 in my shower hydrates my skin perfectly fine. Never had dry skin issues so I doubt it's going to cause an issue with ageing. WRT cleansing, well I shower twice a day and the sponge thingy I use is fairly abrasive, combined with the shower gel I reckon I'm cleansing perfectly OK and getting rid of the dead skin.
So what is the point really? Anything more just seems excessive. I either stop showering and start a cleansing, toning and moisturising regimen. Or I continue showering which already hydrates and cleans perfectly fine by the looks of things...
just get something that contains hydrogen peroxide, either a 3% solution or 6% if you believe it to be very serious and you have super-bad skin.
I'll stop harassing you now, but just one last remark and then I am out of this thread: You clean your skin with a sponge and shower gel ??![]()
27 years and I've never had a single skin issue - no acne, zits, blackheads, whiteheads etc. Not even as a teenager. However over the last 2 weeks or so I've had 4 or 5 whiteheads pop up next to my left eye and need to get rid of these unsightly little annoyances ASAP. Haven't wanted to go digging in my face so bought some Oxy face wash but that has done forkall.
I have until Saturday to get rid of these things so would appreciate any advice from you metrosexuals and the few females on the forum as to how to go about doing this quickly and effectively. Can I sterilize a pin and go digging in my face?
have s3x... what you see on your face is a result of too much testerone in your blood stream...empty the sack bru

Well if it is a result of too much testosterone then it most certainly has nothing to do with a lack of sex. (BTW, is your "e" button broken?)
Whiteheads Removing - How to get rid of Whiteheads?
What are whiteheads?
The whiteheads appear in the form of tiny, pearly white raised spots. They are common in the area just above the cheekbones, where the skin is fine. On oily skins, they may appear as part of a problem skin condition, along with blackheads, pimples and acne.
Causes of Whiteheads
Whiteheads are caused by the accumulation of hardened sebum or oil, in the pores of the skin. Where the skin is fine and delicate, the clogged sebum is not exposed to the air. In other words. the pores are not open. Oxidation does not take place, as in the case of blackheads.
Understanding the difference between blackheads and whiteheads
These are worm like mass of hardened sebum appearing most frequently on the face, forehead and the nose. Blackheads always accompany pimples and often occur during the teens. Whiteheads are cause by the accumulation of sebaceous matter beneath the skin. They occur on different parts of the face, neck, chest and the shoulders. Whiteheads are usually associated with fine textured and often dry skin. Make sure, a sterilized implement, known as blackhead extractor is used for removing blackheads.
