Can anyone direct me to the correct number to report issues with lte? I did pm telkomza but he has not been on today.

Try Telkom Chat, I've had some good results here.
They try and force you onto a new package but stand your ground.

Just note that when you change things on the network that they request to not be on the line you are trying to troubleshoot else you will be disconnected from live chat.
