Who do you add on LinkedIn?

I dont have a linkedIn profile. because its facebook for work, seeing as I dont have facebook I dont see the point in having one for work.

see my logic is, if you like some ones CV you are going to interview them. not look them up on linkedIn. but maybe that is just an inorret approach and the root cause to why I am earing 50% less than market average for my experience, age and Chosen career path

This is your misconception. LinkedIn is your CV. It's where you get found in the first place.
